CONCEPT
피란민촌의 도시 재탄생 어울림 마을 복현
본프로젝트 대상지는 과거 6 25 피난민이 정착했던 곳으로 현재는 무허가 건축물 120 동 을 철거하고 주거환경개선사업 청년행복주택과 영구임대주택 공급 을 추진하고 있는 곳이다 단지의 계획은 원주민과 입주민을 주거대상으로 설정하여 3 가지의 건축개념을 설정하였으며 지역 활성화 정주환경 향상을 위한 열린 경관 계획 과 다양한 테마 다양한 이웃이 함께하는 활력 커뮤니티 대지의 조건과 에너지 절감을 고려한 친환경주거단지 를 계획의 중점으로 설정하였다.
